Installation

Whether you are building a new home or upgrading to a new more efficient heating and cooling system for your present home, American Standard has a capacity, efficiency and price that will suit your needs. Our systems include cooling, heating, air cleaners, thermostats and accessories.

Maintenance

Before the cooling or heating seasons it is a good idea to have your system checked out by one of our maintenance experts. Small problems can become bigger problems as your system continues to run. Just as your automobile needs regular maintenance so does your air conditioning system. You should clean or replace your air filters each month.

Repair

Should you require service on your current home comfort system our skilled technicians have the know-how to diagnose, adjust or repair your system so that you are comfortable all year long. For safety and warranty reasons you should never attempt to service your unit yourself. We do offer Efficiency Maintenance Contracts to keep scheduled tune ups for your system. Our technicians are NATE (North American Technician Excellence) certified, which is the leading certification program for technicians in the HVAC and HVAC/R refrigeration industry. This is the only test supported by the entire industry. We understand that owning a heating and cooling system is a major investment, so why not protect your investment by having one of our NATE certified technicians service and maintain your equipment.

New Construction or Residential System Replacements

Proper planning prior to the HVAC phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we:

Our lungs are internal organs that are constantly being exposed to our external environment.
